The I3200 Printhead (commonly I3200-A1 for aqueous inks) is an advanced Epson PrecisionCore MicroTFP industrial printhead featuring 3200 nozzles arranged in 8 rows, providing exceptional resolution of 300 npi per row (600 npi/2 rows) and effective print width of 33.8 mm. It supports up to 4 colors (CMYK plus white in DTF setups) with variable droplet ejection for binary (6 pl at 43.2 kHz), 3-level grayscale (6.3–12.3 pl), and 4-level grayscale (3.8–9.4 pl at 21.6 kHz), ensuring smooth gradients, fine details, and photorealistic quality. Designed for water-based inks in DTF and DTG applications, as well as variants like I3200-U1 for UV and I3200-E1 for eco-solvent, it offers stable performance, excellent white ink circulation to prevent settling, and high durability for long production runs. The compact design (approximately 69.1 × 59.4 × 35.6 mm, 82 g) allows easy integration into desktop and mid-volume printers, supporting high-speed output suitable for demanding environments.
